Step 1: Discovery Call

b. Agree on a tailored solution and methodology we are confident we can execute and deliver on, built around best practices.

Step 2: Identify
a. Proactively leverage our network and utilise technology to map the market and identify individuals whose profiles align with the search criteria.
Step 3: Approach & Evaluate
a. Reach out to the candidates identified in the previous step and evaluate their suitability and willingness to making a move
b. Conduct multiple in-depth calls with promising candidates to assess background, experience, cultural fit, motivations, expectations, and initial referencing
c. Present you a shortlist of qualified candidates with detailed profiles and CVs
Step 4: Shortlist & Interview
a. Collaborate with you to review the shortlist of suitable candidates and select those you wish to interview.
b. Arrange interviews with honest, consultative feedback throughout the interview process. This includes discussing areas you want additional information on, coupled with insightful advice and guidance
Step 5: Offer & Acceptance
a. Advise on the optimal offer structure to secure the candidate’s acceptance.
b. Discuss any specific elements of the offer the candidate needs clarification on.
c. Guide the candidate through their resignation process and manage them through their notice period, leading up to start date.
Step 6: Aftercare & Debrief
a. Conduct a debrief call to gather feedback on your experience of partnering with us, as we strive to continuously improve our service
b. Maintain regular communication with both you and the candidate after the start date to ensure a smooth integration, providing ongoing support as needed
