Step 2: Detailed Interview
- We’ll have a more in-depth conversation where we really get to know your background and experience, better understanding the kind of role and company you’re looking for. All-in-all helping us match you with the best opportunities that you’ll be interested in.
- From there, we’ll create a personalised profile to go alongside your CV when we submit you for roles, so potential employers have a clearer picture of the value you bring.
- This is also a chance to chat about what’s next—what the process looks like, evaluating opportunities, prep for interviews, so you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Step 3: Identify, Match & Introduce
- If we have opportunities that are aligned to your experience and expectations, we’ll discuss them with you and, with your permission, introduce your details to the relevant companies.
- Also taking a proactive approach, we’ll reach out to our network to identify roles that fit your profile. Of course, we’ll always check with you first before sharing your information.

Step 4: Interview Process
- We’ll set up interviews with potential employers and guide you through each step of the interview process.
- At each stage support you with interview prep, sharing as much information as possible about the company, role, and people you’ll be meeting, so you’re ahead of the game.
- After each interview, we’ll discuss feedback together and ensure open lines of communication to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- We’ll work closely with you to make sure everything progresses smoothly and quickly, every step of the way.

Step 5: Offer & Acceptance
- Upon being successful in the interviewing process we will work in partnership with you to secure an offer that is both aligned to your expectations and mutually agreeable to all parties
- Provide advice & guidance on approaching any negotiations required
- Carry out Referencing
- Guide you the process of handing in your notice
- Ensure you are all ready for your start date but we are on hand to provide any support required

Step 6: Joining & Aftercare
